Referee's Guide

1. Check in players by ensuring I.D. and shirt numbers are on the line up card and photos match the players.

2. Record all cautions and ejections.

3.If a player is ejected, retain I.D. card and send both report and I.D. card to:

4. FIFA rules apply, except they allow unlimited substitutions.

5. Substitutions may be made by either team during any dead ball situation.

6. Game grace period is 15 minutes; game must start if 7 players are available.

7. Regardless of the cause, all games must finish 15 minutes before the start of the next scheduled game.

8. If there is a forfeit, do not collect any money. Notify your assignor. You will be paid by the League.

9. Players requiring sun protection, may, at the referee's discretion wear headbands etc.

10. Each team is allowed one un-numbered shirt for use in an emergency.

11.No I.D. card = No play. UNLESS You have a valid CSAS receipt and your drivers license. Or, a letter of permission signed by an authorized board member (referee - retain letter and mail to P. O. Box).

12. Managers have the right to question the eligibility of any player. A player is considered illegal if under suspension, playing without an I.D. card, playing for a team they are not registered with, or using someone else's I.D. card. Referee, please note if game is played under protest.
